I help Australian interior designers, developers and hospitality teams source furniture and finishes from Guangdong — specified properly, made by a suitable factory, and checked before it ships.
Project sourcing
FF&E and finishes for a project, coordinated as one package: specification advice, factory matching, samples, quotes, production follow-up, pre-shipment inspection and shipping coordination.
Specification & sample round
For one to three categories: material and product recommendations, and samples or finish references so you can judge quality before committing.
Stand-alone pre-shipment inspection
Already ordering from a Guangdong factory? I visit before shipment and check dimensions, finish, colour, function and packaging against your approved sample, with a photo report.

How you pay
Clear money flow
You pay the factory directly — your money for goods doesn't pass through me. Factory quotes are shown as issued.
Transparent fee, quoted per project — agreed in writing before any order is placed.
I'm independent: I don't own a factory and I don't resell goods.
Not included: installation, and delivery within Australia.
Quality
Checked before it ships
The approved sample or finish reference becomes the standard. Before shipment I check dimensions, finish and colour, function and packaging against it, and send you a photo report.
